Our Complaints Procedure, with the complaints form, is in the list above. Complaints are coordinated by the Head of Administration, Abubakr Ahmed; please send a complaint form to education@darululoomlondon.com with “Complaint” in the subject line. Boarders can raise a complaint themselves, in speech or in writing, to any trusted member of staff, the Head of Boarding, the Principal or an independent listener.
